SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 CET will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET on Friday, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email. Orders may take 2-4 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped.
Additional validation may be required for some orders, which may delay processing. For assistance, please contact us at hi@ourshiftbrand.com.
STANDARD DELIVERY
- Fee: 60 DKK for shipping to pick-up points in Denmark; 80 DKK for standard shipping within Denmark. International shipping fees may vary and will be calculated at checkout.

- 5-10 business days to Denmark
- 10-15 business days to the rest of the world
IN-OFFICE PICKUP
- Fee: Free
- Lead Time: Up to 3 business days from the time you place your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
When picking up your order, please bring the following:
- A valid, government-issued photo ID
- The order confirmation email
- Written permission if a representative is picking up the order on your behalf
Orders will be held for 15 calendar days. If not picked up within this period, the order will be returned to stock, and your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
RETURN POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
We accept returns or exchanges of eligible products within 14 calendar days of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size or color. For other products, please request a refund and place a new order.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, or damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Your legal rights related to manufacturing defects or items not as described remain unaffected.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our client service team at hi@ourshiftbrand.com.
- You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange request, along with a return label and instructions.
Prepare your return as follows:
- Wrap the products securely to avoid damage and place them in their original packaging.
- Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back or arrange for drop-off at our office located at Ryesgade 19E, 2nd floor, 2200, Copenhagen.
Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of your request for return or exchange.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, an exchange or refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method and in the original currency. For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return, whichever is earlier. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
